| The goals for this workshop will be determined by all the participants when we gather on Saturday morning. Based on past experience, I believe that those goals will include the sharing of a fair amount of technical information. It is my hope that we will also find ways to improve our individual art-making processes and broaden our perspectives. Possible subjects for investigation include (but are not limited to) The Acquisition of Visual Language Skills, Collage without Liquid Adhesives, Color Theory, The Grammar of Visual Language, Paperless Image Transfer, The Mathematics of Composition, Making Prints from Paintings & Collages, Finding the Muse, Setting Artistic Goals, Why Make Art?, The Artist and Society, Framing and Presentation of Finished Works, and more. Limited to 8 participants. Workshop Fee 2 days: $200. Includes Lunch, Refreshments, and optional evening hours on Saturday and Sunday at no extra cost. Materials Fee: $25. Registrations will be honored in the order in which they are received. | |
