REGISTRATION FORM FOR Collage Techniques & Creative Exploration with Jonathan Talbot Utica College, Utica, NY - Sat. & Sun., April 21st & 22nd, 2012
This 2-day weekend workshop will be held at Utica College in connection with "The End is Near," a collage exhibition to be held in the college's Edith Barret art gallery at that time. Enjoy new opportunities for spontaneity as you learn how to eliminate liquid adhesives from the collage-assembly process. Other subjects to be covered include "Getting Started," Accessing our Creative Energies, "Paperless" Transfer of Printed and Photocopied Images, Preserving Found Materials, Preparation of Substrates, Sources of Tools and Materials, Presentation and Framing of Finished Works, and more (some of this workshop's specific goals will be determined by the participants at the beginning of the workshop). Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM . Workshop Fee: $275. Includes all materials, a free copy of "Collage: A New Approach," and refreshments. Space is limited and registrations will be honored in the order in which they are received.
